My Students

My students enjoy using technology, but do not always have access to it at home and in school.

As 21st century learners, my students thrive when any technology is incorporated into their learning.

My students are from low income families and do not have the luxury that many of their peers across the country have at their fingertips. I want them to have the tools they need to succeed.

My Project

Students will use these tablets to incorporate art and multimedia projects aligned to Common Core standards in all subject areas. They can utilize research skills on the tablets while studying ELA, Science, and Social Studies topics. Students will work together using the tablets to navigate several internet programs that will strengthen their academic skills.

Donating to this project will grant my students access to a variety of educational resources at their fingertips.

Learning will be engaging and hands-on across all content areas. Integrating technology in the classroom will enable me to accommodate diverse learning styles and increase student interest in learning.
