My Students

These scholars are the embodiment of the future leaders in our society. They are students of how to think and not what to think. They are students that show diversity in their approach to prepare effectively for their future. They are highly motivated with unlimited curiosity and the desire to perform well in what they to when they put their minds to it.

Their global awareness and exposure to content through technology has affected their capabilities of learning.

They are dynamic students with empowering skills to be self-sufficient and proactive with their learning.

My Project

The graphing calculators will be utilize in classroom as a teaching and learning technology tool to make connections between graphical and algebraic representations and to aid in their skill to achieve precision in their calculations.

Students will be learning to use the graphing calculators to help increase their proficiencies when solving complex mathematics applications.

For example, students will use graphing calculators to find factors for a number when factoring or solving quadratic functions, seeing the transformations between parent function vs the transformed function, and finding the linear, exponential, quadratic regression equation when modeling a problem, and analyzing graphings of functions and solutions.
