My Students

My PreK students are caring, creative, kind, thoughtful and full of energy! They absolutely love hands-on and fun filled projects that challenge them to think outside the box to find solutions! They come to school each day ready to try new things and take risks in order to grow both personally and academically. Truly, they are empowered to believe and achieve through any limitation!

My Project

Hi! Thank you for stopping to look at my classroom project. My school is a Title One elementary school located in the New York city projects. Our students receive free meals due to the limited amount of finances. Like the students, our school budget is limited therefore, we barely have any funds to buy technology resources such as computers or tablets. I am asking for tablets so my PreK students have age appropriate materials to begin learning with, as well as have fun with. The future is filled with technology use, so I want my students to begin the preparation towards this goal. Thank you!
