My Project

I am an Adapted Physical Education teacher for students with special needs. Due to spacing issues, I teach many of my PE classes in the student's classrooms instead of the gymnasium. This can be a massive challenge due to limited space, as well as the proximity of distractions. My students are often distracted by their cell phones and ipads during fitness activities and have to be redirected back to my lesson.

Adding these charging stations to each classroom I teach in will benefit my students by limiting distractions and rewarding their focus by ensuring their devices are charged when it is appropriate to use them (Lunch, Bus Ride, Free Time).

Additionally, these charging stations will aid my fellow educators by allowing them to charge classroom sets of Ipads overnight to ensure they are ready for instruction the following day!
