Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are residents of one of the poorest counties in the district. Additionally, many of my students are not English proficient, in addition to their social-emotional needs and disadvantages. My scholars are so motivated and eager to learn. Despite their circumstances, they are in school every day ready to take on challenges. These students are motivated to learn and overcome any obstacles they face on a daily basis.

Their inquisitive minds and avid appetites for learning, challenge me to provide them with the best learning experiences that can spark and continue leading their creative minds.

Despite the adversities, they may encounter on a daily basis their empathy for their peers and their community inspires me to go above and beyond to support them. I would do whatever it takes to lead their way.

My Project

Team uniforms encourage the unity of the team and keeps players motivated to perform better on the field. This, in turn, increases the enthusiasm and the desire to succeed. When every team player wears the same jersey, color, and cap, it instills unity among the team and enhances their confidence. It also instills a feeling of belonging to the institution. Team uniforms are also used to identify your teammates and for distinguishing from the competing teams. Some sports jerseys even carry the names of the team players on the back, which also helps to identify players by their names. Moreover, contrasting uniform of the competing teams allow the players to strategize their game in a better way because they know where their teammates and rivals are. It also allows their fans in the stadium to keep track of their performance. A team uniform or jacket can help promote unity, build cohesiveness among members and make your athlete feel like they belong.
