My Students

My students come from a variety of backgrounds. Teaching in a lower income area, some of my students have been to preschool while others have had no educational exposure at all. Each student comes to school excited and ready to learn.

My goal is to provide my students with the best possible educational experiences.

My students enjoy hands-on learning experiences and I strive to provide them with as many opportunities to explore learning and their environment on a daily basis.

My Project

My students need Tiggly, Touchtronics and Marbotic programs to assist them in learning numbers and letters. These materials will be used in small groups to increase student knowledge. I will also use these programs one on one with students that are struggling in letter and number identification as well as word building and math strategies.

Some students are kinesthetic learners and these materials will give them an opportunity to touch letters and numbers and improve their ability to learn.

These materials will also help auditory and visual learners. Students will be able to review letters and math strategies that were previously taught in class.
