My Project

My students are in the Gifted and Talented Program. They generally succeed and often surpass expectations set for them in the regular classroom. They can regurgitate facts easily, and have the potential to analyze and evaluate information that is given to them. What they need are more opportunities to stretch their brains.

These items will give them the tools they need to delve into higher levels of Bloom's scale.

The games, books, and activities will give them the vertical lift they need to develop skills that will help them question and wonder about what they are learning as well as push them to learn more deeply about the passions they wish to pursue.

Gifted kids are a unique population with specific needs that are often overlooked. The items requested will help fill those needs.
