My Project

I truly believe to teach is a privilege.

My students come from low-income neighborhoods where crime is high, but their hope shines bright.

They are eager to learn, love to read, and are enthusiastic about their futures. My students have an innate desire to succeed, and they just need support, love, and dedication.

The gift cards for Teachers Pay Teachers that I am requesting already have a plan of action, I'm just asking for your generosity in helping me fulfill my plan! I am a very resourceful teacher in a way where I don't try to reinvent the wheel because I don't need to! There are thousands of creative, impressive teachers on Teachers Pay Teachers that have done the work so other teachers like myself can get a few extra hours of sleep at night!

I will use these gift cards to purchase classroom decor, lesson plan resources, newsletters, and more creative engaging resources that will make my classroom feel like a home (away from home).

Though we are not virtual any longer, I still plan to implement tech into my classroom because I believe it is best students become familiar and comfortable with it as an enhancement to their education.
