Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are 5th graders who are bilingual in Spanish and in English and want to finish 2022 strong. My school is located in a low-income area and more than 50% of students are Black, Latino, and/or Native American, also a lot of my students need extra support and extra help academically in both languages.
One of my goals this year is for my students to achieve the highest level in every subject.
The goal of this project is to be able to purchase resources from Teachers Pay Teachers. On this website, teachers have the opportunity to purchase instructional tools and materials pertaining to the needs of the students. These activities will be used to further virtual learning, as well as materials that they are going to be using in the class and at home. In addition, since I teach a bilingual class, on this website I can find differentiated work and resources in Spanish, which are much needed
