My Students

My students are from a community school located in Queens, New York. They come to school from various cultures and socioeconomic backgrounds. Each day, my students come to school with the energetic spirit to learn, and to be exposed to a curriculum that they can benefit from. My students have special needs and require extra support to assist in their learning. My students are our tomorrow judges, doctors, community service workers, teacher, nurse, etc. My students are super sweet and deserve all the support and learning materials that are necessary to help them learn and interact with the curriculum.

My students are special in their own individual way, and will benefit from using different sources/multi-sensory teaching to address their learning styles.

They are in third and fourth grade. They are diagnosed with different disabilities - learning disabilities, social/emotional disturbance, speech and language impairment, other health impairment and/or similar disabilities. They will benefit from interactive materials that are in digital format, especially now that some of our students are learning remotely and some are doing hybrid/blended learning.

My Project

Teacher Pay Teachers gift cards will give me the opportunity to purchase materials to fit my students' individual needs. By donating to this project, you will help my students interact with digital format curriculum that are align to the Common Core curriculum.

Students will be a able to interact with the material on their iPad/computer, whether they are working remotely or in the classroom.

Students will be able to focus on materials that are purchased to help with their learning styles. Donating to this project will enhance my students' learning, keeping them interactive and focused.
