Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

In this day and age of technology, it is vital that children have the opportunity to use technology on a regular basis. We need to teach children strong technological skills because they will, one day, lead the way in this technological age.

My students come from very diverse backgrounds.

They also have diverse ability levels. We are in a large school district that has been severely hit by budget cuts. We have very few supplies and there is definitely no money to be spent on "extras." My class is full of curious students who love to learn through hands-on lessons. They are bright and enjoy learning. They need exposure to lessons that cannot be taught using just the materials supplied by our district.

I need a reliable laptop from which to teach my students. My present laptop is old, the touchpad doesn't work, and the screen is constantly glitching. This is not conducive to teaching! Please help me help my students!
