My Project

This will be my 26 year of teaching but I feel that I can never stop learning. I recently completed the Volume One LETRS (Language Essentials for Teachers of Reading and Spelling) training and have I started Volume Two of LETRS. This training has opened my eyes on how we should be teaching our students reading.

I am requesting professional, research based resources that will help me to continue growing professionally to support my students in their literacy development.

These books will help me to implement approaches and strategies that are grounded in scientific research and that have been proven to be effective in helping students improve their skills.
