My Students

My students live in lower socioeconomic neighborhoods that require support and resources for learning. One of the biggest challenges my families face is the ability to provide extra resources and oppotunities for their children.

We need to get each student the support needed to be successful in the classroom.

A large percentage of our students live in multi-family member homes, foster homes, other family members and friends' homes, and hotels or motels.

My Project

My students need opportunities to work independently during small group and work time. The resources in this project will help the student learn, grow, and build basic learning foundations for the youngest of learners.

Resources like velcro, file folders, cardstock, pom poms, popsicle sticks, clothes pins and many more will allow students an opportunity to learn basic foundations while in preschool.

These resources will be put together to create task boxes while using the foundational curriculum taught within our building. My students need hands on materials and items to learn and grow.
