Tales Of A Third Grade, First Year Teacher.

Help me give my students items like clipboards, magnetic tiles, and puck lights and classroom essentials to ensure success. STEM bin supplies will serve as brain engagers in the mornings. Students can start their day by using their hands to build, and their minds to create.

My Project

This classroom wishlist was thoughtfully made with student success at the forefront of my mind. When thinking about the first students I will ever have, I assume they will be creative, energetic, free-thinking, powerful young individuals. They will need a space to show off each of these traits with nothing holding them back.

All of the geometric block materials are included in this wishlist will be used to spark creativity at the beginning of each day.

Students will use their hands to create something they are proud of each morning.

The fidget bands for their desks, posters for a calm corner, slug nightlight, and LED puck lights will be used for students to route their energy or harsh feelings to other places in a healthy way, and demonstrate responsibility.

Book stands will let us show off our favorite books of the week or the month, and we will make it a routine to change these out regularly to promote good reading habits!
