This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My Kindergarten class is fortunate to have a large, bright classroom with plenty of windows. We also have a fantastic outdoor space where we can learn and play.
I am asking for materials that will allow us to use our outdoor space for hands-on learning.
Hopper balls are so fun. They also help students develop balance, coordination, and strong abdominal muscles (incredibly important for neat writing, sustained focus, and comfort in class)! I would also like spray bottles, bubble wands, and liquid watercolors to make amazing murals with dyed bubble solution and sprayed paint. It is incredibly fun but awfully messy and needs to happen outside.
