This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

My students are a part of a Title I school and demonstrate an eagerness to learn and share a joy each day as we learn together in the classroom. My students are very active and on the go as we dive into learning experiences! Each child represents a special part of our class as we build a strong classroom community and love for one another in our room. My students love spending time with their peers as we interact and learn new things together.

My Project

Education is ever-changing and as are our students ability to use technology. I want to provide my students with the technology that will make them successful in learning age-appropriate literacy and math games. These tablets will be used as part of a listening center as well to ensure students are having books read aloud to them as often as they would like. Technology is becoming more a part of our daily lives, and these tablets will provide my students with the learning experiences they need to ensure that they have the skills to make them successful. These tablets will provide students with a technology center that they will love to attend each day during our center time.
