My Students

Our school is a Title I community-based elementary and middle school. We have a diverse student body, and a wonderful team of teachers. We work hard in the classroom to model respect and kindness for all of our wonderful students.

Our students are unique, diverse, and so eager to learn each and every day as they enter the classroom.

Together, we work to make our classroom a safe and comfortable environment where we can all learn, each and every day. We place a large emphasis on relationship building and getting to know each and every student personally, to better assist them each day in the classroom.

My Project

My project is asking for 6 Amazon Fire Tablets to help my students access to technology, enhance their learning, and to create more engaging individualized lessons within our fourth grade classroom community. These tablets will allow every student in the fourth grade to access technology within the classroom on a regular basis, where the skills they will be working on will be individualized to meet their needs. By individualizing lessons on the tablets to better meet my students needs, we can make our classroom learning more efficient, engaging and effective!

The tablets will benefit our learners in numerous ways, ensuring their success within our classroom community, and helping to ensure all learners' needs are being met each and every day!

These tablets will also allow us to type up our essays and writing projects regularly within our fourth grade classroom, which will assist with improved typing skills, which is a crucial skill for students in 21st century classrooms!
