My Project

My classroom had the privilege of using Amazon tablets last year! Now, with more students expected for the upcoming year, we need more tablets. My students not only enjoyed using these tablets, but were able to benefit from the various apps and websites they used. Additionally, my third graders were able to learn to navigate these independently.

My third graders would use these tablets in various ways.

Students would have the opportunity to use them during our word work and math independent centers, to research topics for their nonfiction unit, and practice their math facts. Students can use apps such as Prodigy and XtraMath and can also explore the National Geographic Kids website!

I saw the impact of using these tablets last year and look forward to using them again in my classroom this upcoming year.
