Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

These materials will be used in my fashion design elective class. This course is part of an initiative at my public middle school to create more arts opportunities for students. This is the second semester I have taught this course. Many students have expressed interested in graphic design and printing. These t-shirts will allow students to create custom designs without having to purchase expensive materials on their own.

This group of students is creative, driven, and excited to make their own designs.

These t-shirts are blank canvases that will give students the ability to create professional looking projects. To prepare to print on these t-shirts, students will create a unique brand and proposal for a fashion company. Seeing a project come to life can help students feel accomplished and confident. I appreciate your support of these future creators, leaders, and entrepreneurs.
