My Project

This project is sure to help my New York City CHAMPS tournament teams feel that they've accomplished all that they could during their season. Our CHAMPS tournament runs from March 6th through June 9th in Staten Island, New York. We are a title 1 school that doesn't receive much funding, (besides the payment to run the league.)

The student athletes come from different ethnic backgrounds, and different socioeconomic status' across the island.

A significant achievement award such as a trophy could be life altering.

These could build the athletes confidence now and going forward!
