My Project

The growing system and seed pods requested will make a difference in students’ learning by developing a range of skills and knowledge while cultivating a deeper appreciation for science, sustainability, and the natural world.

The goals for this project are using cross-disciplinary connections, promote creative thinking and problem-solving.

In addition, students are provided with real-world applications as hydroponics has uses in agriculture and ecology. It will also give students an opportunity to learn about nutrition and health, provide fresh produce and most importantly educate students about nutrition, healthy eating, and promote environmental consciousness and conversation.

The students are special as they have a pure and innocent perspective and their curiosity drives them to learn and explore. Furthermore, young children are constantly learning and growing.
