Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The materials and supplies that I am requesting for my students for our classroom home. In order to provide my students with quality work and to keep our classroom updated with necessary visual aids, office supplies are needed. The paper is to always print necessary supplies, the toner is to always have a way to print material for notebook inserts that support them in class and at home, and the cardstock is to print classroom resources that can be used for years to come. As a teacher of students with learning disabilities, having an unlimited amount of supplies supports the ever-changing landscape that is used to differentiate and scaffold the classroom to support my students. In science, the curriculum is also changing, and being able to support my students who need support to access the curriculum at their grade level requires visual support to give them a real-world application in the classroom.

The donations to this project will help to improve my students' understanding of science and help them to have the visuals they need to support their understanding.

Again, thank you for supporting my students and my school. Through your continued support, I am able to help to bridge the gap in my student's learning!
