My Project

Every school year, my students make tremendous academic gains in letter recognition, letter-sound connections, and other foundational skills necessary for success when they reach kindergarten. Unfortunately, summer vacation will inevitably roll around and the summer learning loss is real.

These workbooks and books will help to reinforce skills they have learned during the school year so they do not forget it over the summer break.

This in turn, will keep them ready for August when school starts back up and make them kindergarten ready. The workbooks will support their letter recognition, number recognition, and other foundational skills they have learned during the school year. The summer vacation book, is a fun book that will support their rhyming and alliteration knowledge. Dog's Colorful Day is a familiar book from the school year that will continue to support their counting and color knowledge.
