My Project

Hello, my name is Taylor Williams and I am a 12 to 1 special education teacher in Brooklyn, NY. I am writing this in order to get support for our low-income special education classroom, where many of our students are on the autism spectrum. Providing sensory toys like Play-Doh, kinetic sand, and headphones can transform their learning experience.

Sensory toys are invaluable for our students, offering tactile stimulation that helps improve focus and self-regulation.

Play-Doh and kinetic sand not only engage their senses but also enhance fine motor skills, encouraging creativity and problem-solving in a fun way.

Headphones play a vital role in minimizing auditory overload, creating a calm environment where students can concentrate and thrive. Your donations would directly impact their ability to engage in learning, reducing anxiety and fostering a more productive classroom atmosphere.
