Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are special in so many ways. They are clever, funny, and unique in their own individual way. They are eager to learn and enjoy hands on activities. My collaborative classroom consists of students with Autism, Speech and/or Language Impairments, English Language Learners and typically developing. We are a unique bunch! My goal with this project is to provide my kiddos with a safe space to meet their sensory needs and strengthen their fine motor skills in the classroom.

By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve and increase student attention and focus, but also help their academic development and strengthen their fine motor skills.

The Playdoh, Silly Foam, Foam Soap, and Sensory Sequin Flip Fabric will help support students' sensory needs, but also help them focus during large and small groups. The animal beads, busy board and Playdoh tool set will help strengthen their fine motor skills that will help them with writing and self-help skills like dressing and undressing themselves.
