Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

With the generous support of Google.org, I'm aiming to create a supportive environment for my high school students by providing fidget toys, snacks, and motivational stickers. These seemingly small items can have a big impact on their mental health and learning experience

Fidget toys can help students manage anxiety and increase focus during class, allowing them to better engage with the material.

Snacks will ensure they are nourished and ready to learn, as hunger can be a major obstacle due to food insecurity. Motivational stickers will serve as positive reinforcement, boosting their confidence and encouraging perseverance

My primary goal is to support the mental and emotional well-being of my students, which is essential for their academic success. By addressing their unmet needs , I aim to create a classroom environment where students feel valued, supported, and capable of achieving their best.
