Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The items included in this project will help me teach students coping and self-regulating strategies to calm down during a stressful or frustrating time. The project of this goal is to provide appropriate materials to facilitate the calm down strategies. In addition, flexible seating classroom management will provide students with the power of choice to choose between a variety of seating options for students to choose from. Lastly, the printer will support our classroom and all of our student needs. Our student population is diverse with students with needs, english language learners and students in need of academic intervention services. Therefore, visual cues and supports are highly effective in maximizing our learning and having access to our own color printer will help us to achieve success in our learning.
