Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Senior year can often be both exciting and stressful as students are faced with many decisions about their future and applications to fill out in addition to their usual course load. Most of the students at our school will be first generation college students, and face additional challenges in navigating the college application process. To help ease their stress and support their well-being during the process, I am requesting healthy snacks (many of our families face food insecurity), comforting plushies, positive affirmation cards, and other items to support their mental health as they fill out applications.
