This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As I prepare to welcome a new group of 8th-grade students, I am excited about creating an engaging and supportive learning environment. Our small, tight-knit community often faces limited resources, and students aren't always eager to learn. However, with the right environment and tools, I believe we can spark their interest and enthusiasm for technology and learning.

How These Items Will Help:

1. Classroom Rug: Creates a cozy space for group activities and discussions, encouraging collaboration and making students feel at home.

2. Sweeper: Keeps the classroom clean, reducing distractions and promoting a healthy learning environment.

3. Tier Organizer: Provides essential storage for materials, ensuring an organized and efficient learning space.

4. LED Strip Lights: Adds vibrant lighting, making the classroom more engaging and boosting students' mood and focus.

5. Inspirational Banner: Serves as a daily reminder of students' potential, motivating them to stay positive and strive for their goals.

6. Mental Health Reminder Poster: Promotes mindfulness and emotional well-being, helping students manage stress.
