Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Do you love math? I do and I want the same for my students! I teach a wonderful group of students at a Title I school.

Due to the language barrier and other socioeconomic factors, my students are not currently working on their grade level.

They do not have the necessary prior knowledge or materials at home and have fallen behind their peers in mathematics. Many of them are not enthusiastic about learning math because it is difficult for them, and they tend to have difficulty staying actively engaged and fall further behind.

The materials that have been selected for this project would help my students excel in Math! Why? Because these are positive behavior incentives to help my students stay motivated and engaged in their learning! These resources will be a great addition to our class Treasure Box and will motivate my students!
