My Project

I work in Savoonga, Alaska as a Pre-K teacher for the BSSD. The students that I serve were born during or shortly before the Covid outbreak and were in isolation during the first couple of years of their life. By providing our classroom with stuffed animals and puppets, my students that need additional time to get comfortable in the classroom and spend some time adjusting will be given support both to increase their comfort level and an additional tool (puppets) to express themselves if needed. Thank you!
