Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I teach students who are English language learners. This is my first year teaching in a public school. I would love to support my students and buy classroom materials to support my students but unfortunately I can’t afford do so. I appreciate all the help I get for my students!

My upcoming unit is about teaching students about the power of yet to encourage them learn the language and build their confidence.

My students come from different backgrounds. They get excited when they narrate wordless and picture books. They also come from shelter so they need all the support they can get. I’m excited to make a difference in my students’ lives and I believe your support will help me be more successful in supporting my students.
