Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

For a child to be successful, they need the right tools and atmosphere. Simple items like post it notes, fun paper for our bulletin board, and a lamp for our small group learning center. These supplies will be used to make our classroom a happy and positive environment. The clock will be used so students can monitor their time in class and our small groups. Many activities we do in Math are timed and this would make it easily accessible to all students. Things like Post-it notes are used throughout the class to take notes and ask questions so we go through a ton.
