My Project

The crayons and glue will serve as essential tools for students to explore their artistic talents and express their creativity with vibrant colors during our dedicated center time. For example, students will not only learn to recognize and match rhyming words, but they will also engage in a hands-on activity where they color pictures of objects that rhyme. After coloring, they will cut out these images and paste them next to their corresponding rhyming partners, solidifying their understanding of phonetics and improving their fine motor skills in the process. The copier paper and ink will be utilized to print all necessary worksheets and images for this engaging assignment. My vision for this project is to provide an enriching educational experience that supports the diverse learning needs of my students during center time. I have a deep belief in my students' abilities and am committed to offering high-quality instruction to 30 kindergarten students who come from low-income backgrounds, ensuring they receive the educational opportunities they deserve.
