Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

I am an ENL teacher and I teach a variety of different grades. My school is a Title I school and most students come from a low income household; all students receive free breakfast and lunch. I work with many different age groups either in their classroom or I bring them into my classroom. My students are hard working and enthusiastic about school. The students come from Spanish speaking households.

All of my students speak a language other than English.

My Project

As the ENL push in/pull out teacher, students will come into my classroom to do work with me. The resources that I am requesting will help with easier transition time to my classroom from their classroom. These resources will be used every day by the students. The notebooks will be used for students ENL work. The folders will hold their papers. The folders and notebooks will be kept in my classroom, so students do not need to travel with their items.

Everyday I am printing out new resources for my students.

Paper is something that is used everyday in the classroom. I print out different leveled books for my students and worksheets.
