My Project

My school is an economically disadvantaged urban charter school that supports scholars all around the community. My class is full of scholars who bring excitement, they love to explore, and naturally enjoy trying to find and solve problems. They try their best to set goals for themselves. We would love our first graders to do more hands-on projects that allow them to be creative! The pop bracelets are a great way to incorporate math by popping each one when adding or subtracting their numbers. They are able to use the flexible seating chairs in the classroom library to read a great book. The chairs can also be taken outside for comfortable seating when watching a game with their peers. I can also use the file holders to keep myself organized. It can be used to keep student data and classroom activities nice and neat when needed. They are always ready to try new things and celebrate our success, share our mistakes and encourage each other when we struggle. I ask that you give them the basic supplies we all need.
