This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am a math teacher and I am looking to get a classroom set of calculators. I currently have 8 and when students enter my classroom they go straight to the hand held calculators. We use calculators almost daily.

Students do share same calculator with another classmate, but over and over again my students ask if I can get more calculators.

Having more calculators will allow my students to learn in more effective way. I also need dry-eraser markers, rolling organizer drawer to move around the classroom with supplies, pencils and pen
