My Project

Over half of the students at my school are multilingual learners. The materials purchased will help with creating literacy centers. Throughout the year, students are learning their letters and sounds along with high-frequency words. Eventually, they will be learning how to write.

The new EL curriculum requires teachers to continuously prepare small group lessons focused on identifying letters, knowing sounds, reading high-frequency words, and writing.

The students learn these early literacy skills through the activities that are created.
