My Students

Our students are creative, inquisitive, and hardworking. Whether they are working independently, in partnerships, small groups, or with the entire class, our students love overcoming challenges together. They not only push themselves when it comes to tasks, but love helping their peers to push themselves as well.

To foster our class communities, we strive to create and maintain only the best learning environments for our students.

Our goal as their teachers is to teach our students skills to thrive in and out of the classrooms.

My Project

Can you believe that we are already in our second month of 2nd grade? My 2nd graders have started off the year with an incredible start! Within these fast first weeks of school, my second graders have shown such growth, potential, and most importantly, their love for learning. They are motivated to better themselves and tackle on new challenges.

My students are becoming more and more independent each day.

With the materials in this project, my students can continue adding revision strips to their writing and secure it with Scotch tape and erase any unwanted ideas with new erasers. They can use charts filled with strategies on post-its around the room to determine their next goals or use as a resource when faced with a challenge. For craft projects, my students can head on over to the construction paper organizer and grab colors of their choice. Lastly, we need ziplock bags, sheet protectors, and laminating sheets to keep our word study centers and math game materials organized and reusable.
