My Students

Hello, I teach ICT 1st grade at a Title I school. My students are an amazing and wonderful group of 6-7 year olds who love to learn and have fun throughout the day.

They are becoming amazing readers and writers and love sharing what they learn with their friends and family at home.

First grade is crucial. They learn the foundation to everything they are going to do in their educational careers and need the right materials to help them succeed.

My Project

My students are ICT 1st grade and are amazing. They love to learn each day. We do much of our work in small groups and students are able to learn better this way. We need dry erase boards so that they students can write during our small group time. They also need a pencil sharpener so that they can do their work throughout the school year.

Pencils go so quickly and they don't have the ability to sharpen them.

This wastes a lot of time going back and forth to another classroom with a sharpener.

Without it, you can't do anything. We also need crayons and scissors for art time. Their creativity and imaginations run wild and they need crayons and scissors so they can learn through art.
