My Project

My students’ collective personality is what I love most about them. They respond so well to each other. Also interesting is their dependence, and preference, for digital learning.

The materials I am seeking donations for will fund the classroom for the upcoming year and hopefully years beyond.

Often, many families of my students cannot afford the rising cost of supplies to ensure their child a profound start to the school year. As a teacher of multiple grade levels, I am required to differentiate levels of instruction and group students accordingly. The resources from Teachers Pay Teachers will help accomplish this, making learning more meaningful and personal based upon their needs, based on their individualized academic levels and education plan (IEP) goals. The resources and teacher supplies such as dry erase expo markers, pencils, dry erase boards, will be used in the classroom, and for homework, which includes digital assignments.

By having these school supplies and resources, we will seamlessly bridge the classroom and home environments. Parents will have direct links to their child's work, and will be able to monitor their progress in a consistent and timely manner. Ultimately, having these materials will relieve the stress of having to attain them by families and our educational staff should there be a requirement.
