My Students

Welcome to my Pre-K classroom! We are a happy group of 3 and 4-year-olds who are eager and happy to learn! Can you hear us singing? Can you hear us playing? We are ready to learn and succeed!

We are an inviting and curious group of children!

Science is our favorite subject because we love animals! We are an attentive group that lives in the Harlem neighborhood of NYC. We are a Title I school and many of us come from further neighborhoods just to be a part of our fabulous school.

My Project

In my classroom my students learn through play. These materials will be used by my students in a variety of their learning centers including the light table center, block center, and art center. The light table trays will be used by students to create patterns, sort, and count transparent manipulatives all while using our recently funded light table. The blueprint mats will be used before constructing various structures in the block center. The messy mats will have a variety uses from being a workspace for students working with play dough and various other art materials. The printer ink will be beneficial to students, parents, and teachers including the students being able to print out their work in the computer center. The teachers will be able to print out important information for parents and create various learning materials for the students.
