Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This project will allow my students to have an engaging and organized classroom necessary for their academic success. As a new teacher, I would love to start this next year off strong and have all the materials needed to provide excellent lesson plans. Being in a primarily low-income school, I want to use my project to provide materials for my students that they may not have access to at home.

My students are always eager to learn and need an engaging environment to thrive academically.

A printer would allow my students access to colored displays and assignments which promotes curiosity and excitement to learn. Colorful markers and pens allow me to teach and emphasize certain keywords and keep my students' attention during tedious lessons.

Desk organizers, lesson planners, and sticky notes will help me organize my teaching materials at the start of the year and allow me more time to focus on teaching and having one-on-one interventions with my students.
