My Students

I teach 3rd grade, my students are thirsty for knowledge! My students are creative, excited, and inquisitive. They enjoy figuring things out on their own and hands-on learning.

My students are enthusiastic learners and love to take charge of their own learning.

My students consist of general education students and English language learners. Almost half of my students are English Language Learners, but that doesn’t stop them from trying their best all the time. My school is a Title I school, this means that most of my students come from low income families.

My Project

The materials that I am requesting for my classroom are all necessary to keep my classroom run smoothly. The rolling cart will be used to organize material for small group instruction. The privacy partitions will help create a distraction free environment. Fans will keep the room cool since we don't have air conditioning, cool students are happy students after-all! The caddies will organize various supplies such as pens, pencils, markers, and scissors. The stools and dry erase circles will be used at our small group instruction table. Various board games will be used as an incentive for fun Fridays and encourage healthy competition.

By donating to this project, you will help to improve the organization in our classroom and encourage learning, we will use the materials as a community of learners!

Students will not have to worry about having basic supplies, and let learning take its toll!
