My Students

I have a class of diverse learners with diverse needs.

Some of my students are English language learners, some have learning disabilities, and some are gifted.

One thing all my diverse learners have in common is that the students spend this year learning the foundation of knowledge and skills they will need as they move forward in advanced grades.

Our school serves students in grades K-5 and provides rigorous academics, fantastic teachers, and a safe learning environment. As a result, we are consistently one of the top-performing schools in our area. Our goal is to prepare our students for success in school and in life.

My Project

The materials and supplies that I am requesting for my students all have a purpose. We just need your help in getting everything for our class!

The flexible seating stools will be used during workshop centers, listening center, and small group work.

The book bins will be used to organize our classroom library. The laminating pouches will be used to preserve and display work. The timer will be used so that my students know how much work time they have left, as it is not good practice to cut off students without warning. The hundreds chart is an effective tool used to learn number sense. The paper cutter will be used to quickly and precisely cut paper in large quantities.

Each student will have the best chance at success with an organized classroom and flexible seating! Thank you for your support!
