Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

All my students come from low-income homes, but come to school every day with a drive to succeed! My students are all part of the special education population in my school, they work hard every day to accomplish academic and social, and emotional goals. Although my scholars face challenges both inside and outside the classroom, they do not let that interfere with their success.

My Project

This is my first year having my own classroom as a special educator. In addition, my students will be returning for in-person learning for the first time since 2020. I am hoping to lessen the financial burden on the families by providing many of the supplies we will need.

These supplies will help ensure that my student starts off the year with everything they need to be successful and accomplish all of their goals.

By donating to my project you will help ensure my students receive basic supplies such as pencils, rulers, markers, colored pencils, pens, and looseleaf. Thank you for considering to donate to this project, my students and I appreciate it!
