Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This project aims to provide essential classroom supplies such as markers, paper for group projects, expo markers for whiteboard activities, storage bins, and folders for student portfolios. These items are crucial in fostering an interactive and organized learning environment. Markers and paper will allow students to collaborate on creative group projects, enhancing teamwork and problem-solving skills. Expo markers will support active participation during lessons, allowing students to engage in real-time responses and discussions on the whiteboards. Storage bins and folders will help keep students’ work organized, providing them with a clear structure and sense of responsibility for their own learning.

Goals:

To provide necessary supplies that will help students actively participate in lessons and group work.

To support students in keeping their learning materials organized, improving their focus and productivity.

To enhance students' collaborative skills through hands-on, creative group projects.

What Makes My Students Special: My students come from a diverse, resilient community, and many face unique challenges outside of school. Despite these challenges, they demonstrate incredible potential and a strong desire to learn. They thrive when given the tools that allow them to express their creativity, collaborate with peers, and stay organized. Providing them with these everyday essentials will help unlock their full potential and set them up for success.
