Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I'm requesting a portable bluetooth speaker. Our class will be able to toss this in our recess "go bag" to listen to music or even a podcast outside. The device is sturdy and waterproof, so should be safe for littles to operate.

I am also requesting replacement filters for a classroom air purifier, a magnetic fidget toy to add to our "calm down corner," and snacks to tide us over during long afternoons of learning.

Finally, a "reacher grabber" tool will keep students accountable for clean-up, by assisting them to reach behind shelves, etc to retrieve trash and missing items.
