My Project

My project will help out all of the students who do not have the means to go out and buy supplies that will make them successful in the classroom this year.

Almost 90% of my students come from single parent households or are currently homeless, who are not able to go out and buy the supplies needed for the classroom.

The Octo Light covers will help those students that are sensitive to fluorescent lights, the printer ink goes a long way for my students who do not have the ability to print their assignments out at home to be able to do this in class and the Base Ten model is for those students who are visual learners to be able to see the math problems visually. I also am asking for classroom staples that are always in need, such as notebooks, pencils, binders, expo dry eras markers, shatter proof clear rulers and chair bands that helps some of our Special Ed students to concentrate.

and these supplies will help level the playing field for all of my students. Being able to take that worry of not having the supplies needed to complete assignments will benefit all of my students, not just one or two!
