Help me give my students the opportunity to use play money so they get a real life experience of how to purchase items and the supplies to make visual tools!

My Project

I love how excited my children got when I printed them some money when they were playing Pizzeria in housekeeping. I also love how they count and share it.

I would love to give them a cash register so they can work on numbers and pay for their food items in housekeeping, just like when they go to the store with their parents.

The children can use the cash register and money in different areas, not just housekeeping. They can buy books in the library, and toys in the block and table toy area. This will give them a more real feeling of how life works! This will be a great conversational piece at home with their parents as well. They can discuss with their parents how much different items cost, how to acquire these items, and even talk about an allowance for chores.
